Supplies
Every POD and every PDR, with the supplier, the end of supply, one year’s consumption and whether it is already in an RFQ.
The plants
Capacity, commissioning date, qualifications, until when the energy is sold and until when the guarantees of origin are sold.
Contracts
The services you have with us: since when, until when, how they renew.
Invoices
The invoices for our services: date, amount, due date, whether they show as paid.
The regulations that concern you
New resolutions and regulations affecting your supply points and your plants, with the reference of the act and the date from which they apply.
Authorisations
Portal authorisations, with the expiry date and who renews them. Not the credentials: those stay with us.
Documents
Your file: signed contracts, RFQ outcomes, invoice analyses.
Where the numbers come from
The same numbers we use
Contracts, supplies, plants, invoices and deadlines sit in a single register for the whole TPI Group: the unified record. Your overview reads from there. It is not a second archive to keep in line.
You only see your company
The limit is set by the platform, on every request, not by the page.
Read-only
If a figure doesn’t add up, you flag it to your advisor: it is corrected at the source, and your overview updates.
Portal passwords stay with us
For authorisations you see the expiry date, never the credentials: we keep them encrypted, and every read is logged.

Who gets in, and how
Who gets in
The people in your company you tell us about: who signs the contracts, who pays the invoices, who looks after the plants. Each has their own login, and the company decides how many there are.
How you get in
With the TPI Group Passport: email and password. The first login starts from an invitation from your advisor. If you like, add a second factor: a code from your phone.
How often it updates
Every time the unified record changes. The date of the latest update is always at the top of the page.
Several companies, one login
If you look after several companies in the same group, and the group asks us to, you switch from one to another without logging out.
