Plant outages

If your plant stops or produces less, for maintenance or because of a fault, let us know straight away. The trader that takes your energy has to reschedule its feed-in to the grid: without notice, penalties may apply.

When to report it

01Scheduled maintenance that stops or reduces production
02A fault that reduces the plant’s production
03An outage lasting several consecutive days

As soon as you know. For scheduled maintenance, at least 48 hours before it starts: that is the notice traders ask for.

How to report it

One channel only: the form

It is the only way to report a plant outage to us. No extra emails or phone calls are needed.

It asks for the data that is needed

The form guides you to give all the relevant details of the outage: your report is complete the first time.

It reaches your trader on its own

The data you enter is sent automatically to each plant’s trader.

The form

The page changes, not the process

The form is the same as today, at the same address. If you already use it, there is nothing new to learn.
