The data controller is EKA S.r.l., Via Monte Falco 26, 52100 Arezzo, VAT no. 02141960514. For any request about your data, write to info@ekapro.it or to our certified email (PEC) eka_advisor@pec.it.
The technical data that every server records when you open a page: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. It is used to make the site work and to protect it from abuse.

The controller’s legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
No longer than 30 days, unless it is needed to establish abuse.
If the site counts visits, it does so in aggregate and anonymous form, without cookies and without identifying visitors: how many times a page was viewed, not by whom.

Your contact details and the business details of the company you refer to us (company name, contact person, work contact details): to assess the referral, contact the company and keep you updated. We ask you to give us work contact details only. When we contact the referred company, we tell it where we got its data (Art. 14 GDPR).

Legitimate interest in assessing referrals and developing business relationships (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

24 months from the closing of the referral; if a relationship follows, as for clients.
Name, email and role of the people the client company designates, and information about its overview: to give those people the access the contract provides for.

The controller’s authorised staff and the TPI Group companies that provide administrative and IT services for us, which are also data processors; hosting, email and contact management suppliers, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR); the authorities, when the law requires it. The data is neither disseminated nor sold.
The data is processed in Italy and in the European Union. If a supplier were to process it outside the Union, it will do so only with the safeguards of Articles 44–49 of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
No, it is your choice. Without the data in the form, however, we cannot reply to you.
You can ask to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a readable format and to object to its processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. We reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling.
We update this notice when the processing or the regulations change: the date at the top tells you when that last happened.
Cookies
This site does not install cookies, either its own or third-party ones, and does not use profiling tools. The fonts are hosted on the site itself: when you open the pages, your browser does not connect to other services. Statistics, if any, are aggregated and use no cookies.
The client area, once it is active, will use a single technical session cookie to keep you logged in: it is deleted when you log out.
That is why you won’t find a banner: the Garante’s Guidelines of 10 June 2021 require one for cookies and tools that are not technical (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). If one day the site uses cookies other than technical ones, we will say so here and ask for your consent before using them.
